Freelance Assignment: Senior Cloud Integration AnalystFor a valued client undergoing major digital transformation and cloud integration initiatives, we are looking for a freelance Senior Cloud Integration Analyst with strong project management skills. You will play a key role in defining and structuring requirements within a complex cloud and integration landscape while leading multiple strategic initiatives to successful completion.- Location: Randstad, Hybrid (2 days on-site) - Start: As soon as possible - Duration: Minimum 6 months, with option to extend - Commitment: 40 hours per weekThe Assignment Within this assignment, you will be responsible for shaping and documenting requirements across multiple cloud and integration-related projects. You will operate at the intersection of business and IT, ensuring alignment between integration strategy, architecture, and execution. You will lead several initiatives simultaneously, including database migrations to the cloud, message broker transitions, and modernization of file transfer solutions. You are responsible the project are delivered end-to-end. Working closely with architects, developers, and business stakeholders, you will ensure scalable, secure, and future-proof cloud integration solutions.Your Tasks and Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
• Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional specifications
• Lead multiple cloud and integration projects from initiation to delivery
• Perform impact analyses within the integration and cloud landscape
• Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, and timelines
• Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, architects, and technical teams
• Provide planning estimates and strategic guidance
• Ensure alignment between cloud integration strategy and implementation
• Take ownership and proactively drive initiatives forward Technical Environment
• Cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure)
• Azure Service Bus
• Integration platforms and middleware (e.g., TIBCO, MQ, message brokers)
• API Management solutions
• Oracle database environments
• File transfer solutions
• Hybrid and cloud-native integration architectures Required Profile
• Proven experience as a Senior Cloud Integration Analyst (or similar role)
• Strong project management capabilities
• Experience within complex integration and cloud environments
• Experience with migration projects (databases, messaging platforms, cloud transformations)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Analytical, structured, and able to make well-founded decisions
• Capable of operating at both strategic and operational levels
