Freelance Program Manager ServiceNow/AWSFor a client in the financial services sector, I am looking for a Freelance Program Manager who can bridge the gap between business and technology within a strategic compliance and asset management program.

• Amsterdam area
• 40 hours per week
• Start: ASAP
• Long-term assignment

The challenge:

• Driving a strategic infrastructure asset management program
• Managing stakeholders across business and technology domains
• Translating strategy into a structured roadmap and delivery plan
• Creating visibility on dependencies, risks, and blockers
• Aligning multiple teams around a shared way of working
• Working closely with ServiceNow teams and implementation partners
• Ensuring compliance objectives are delivered according to plan
• Establishing governance, reporting, and delivery cadence
• Acting as the bridge between engineering, architecture, operations, and business stakeholders

• Enterprise Architects
• SRE Teams
• Product & Project Managers
• Business Owners
• Service Owners
• Infrastructure Asset Owners
• ServiceNow Platform Teams

What we're looking for:

• 5-8 years of experience in Program Management or large-scale transformation programs
• Experience working in regulated environments
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to understand end-to-end technology and data flows
• Experience managing complex dependencies across multiple teams
• Experience working with Jira
• Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, Lean, and traditional program governance

Nice to have:

• Experience with ServiceNow
• Experience with DORA or regulatory compliance programs
• Experience within banking, fintech, or financial services
• Understanding of cloud and infrastructure environments
• Relevant certifications such as SAFe, PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or Lean
