Freelance Cloud Trainer / AdvisorFor a valued client of our organization in the Randstad region, I am immediately looking for a Freelance Cloud Trainer / Advisor with a minimum of 8+ years of experience in cloud and infrastructure environments.Are you a senior cloud professional with a passion for knowledge transfer and technical capability growth, and would you like to contribute to a strategic cloud maturity journey? Then read more about your next exciting project below.Location: Randstad region Start date: ASAP Contract duration: 6 months, extension possible Hours per week: 36-40 hours per weekYour role as Freelance Cloud Trainer / Advisor

  • Approximately 8+ years of relevant experience in cloud and infrastructure environments within mid-sized to enterprise organizations;
  • Proven experience in enterprise cloud environments, preferably Azure and/or GCP;
  • Senior-level knowledge of Terraform and Infrastructure as Code;
  • A problem-solving thinking level;
  • A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field is a plus;
  • Relevant certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect, or Terraform Associate;
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and spoken;
  • Willingness to work on-site 3 days per week.Are you the Freelance Cloud Trainer / Advisor?From the start date, you will support a technically driven organization in the Randstad region with the following responsibilities:
  • Acting as the missing link between cloud architecture, DevOps teams, and the broader organization;
  • Delivering deep-dive sessions, workshops, and hands-on coaching focused on GCP, Azure, Terraform, and GitHub;
  • Operating primarily within a cloud-native and Infrastructure as Code environment;
  • Taking responsibility for increasing overall cloud maturity across teams;
  • Ensuring knowledge is embedded and can be independently applied;
  • Working in line with cloud governance, security, and enterprise best practices;
  • Analyzing existing architectures and workflows to identify improvements;
  • Coordinating and driving follow-up actions on cloud and automation improvements;
  • Executing and refining standards and processes where needed;
  • Supporting engineers and architects in their technical growth;
  • Reporting progress and findings to the IT Manager or Head of Engineering;
