Platform EngineerFor a good client, we are looking for an experienced Freelance Platform Engineer - Azure, Terraform & Microsoft 365.:Within this assignment, you will contribute to a modern workplace program in which the existing Azure and Microsoft 365 environment is being further configured, automated and professionalized. The core environment is already in place, and you will help develop and manage it further.The main focus is on Microsoft 365, Azure and Terraform. Changes and configurations should be implemented in an automated, consistent and reproducible way wherever possible. As a Platform Engineer, you will handle a wide variety of technical tasks and project-related tickets. We are looking for a senior engineer who is genuinely hands-on, able to work independently and capable of clearly explaining technical choices and solutions.For this assignment, practical experience and technical depth are essential. You should be able to confidently explain how you would approach technical challenges and be transparent about what you do and do not have experience with. Your responsibilities include:

• Configuring and managing Microsoft 365.
• Automating Microsoft 365 and Azure configurations using Terraform.
• Further developing and maintaining the existing Azure environment.
• Handling technical tickets within the modern workplace project.
• Configuring and managing Outlook.
• Working with and supporting Windows 11 environments.
• Configuring and managing Azure Key Vaults.
• Working with Azure Networking.
• Implementing and managing Azure Policies.
• Configuring private connectivity, including Azure Private Link.
• Setting up and managing backup solutions for files within Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Contributing to security, standardization and automation across the platform.Project Requirements
• Proven senior-level experience as a Platform Engineer, Azure Engineer or Cloud Engineer.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Proven experience with Terraform.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365.
• Experience automating configurations across Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with Windows 11 and modern workplace environments.
• Experience with Outlook configuration.
• Experience with Azure Key Vault.
• Experience with Azure Networking.
• Experience with Azure Policies.
• Experience with Azure Private Link / private connectivity.
• Experience with backup solutions within Azure and Microsoft 365.Project Information
