About the Role

For a leading technology-driven organization, we are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to oversee their Platform as a Service implementation, supporting 5,000 developers across multiple levels. The mission is to develop a mature, scalable, and flexible development platform as part of a cloud-first strategy. You will play a key role in shaping the technical vision and ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and outsourced support in India.

Responsibilities

* Lead the technical vision for the Atlassian stack, GitHub, and broader DevOps environment.
* Work closely with Enterprise Architects (EAs) to align solutions with company-wide strategy.
* Guide multiple developer teams (15-20 people) in optimizing development workflows.
* Ensure smooth migration to GitHub Actions and transition from Azure DevOps/GitLab.
* Act as a liaison between technical teams and outsourced support in India.
* Drive automation and Platform as a Service (PaaS) initiatives across AWS, Azure, and other cloud platforms.

Your Profile

* Proven experience as a Solution Architect in DevOps & Cloud environments.
* Deep expertise with GitHub, Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket), and CI/CD pipelines.
* Strong background in Terraform and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or multi-cloud).
* Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and navigate complex IT ecosystems.
* Strong communication skills - able to translate between developers, IT teams, and outsourced support.
* Experience in industrial automation is a plus.
