System Engineer Lead Wintel

The role

* Lead, coach, and support the infrastructure team while improving collaboration and growth.
* Manage and optimize the Windows Server and hybrid infrastructure in line with SLAs.
* Ensure security, lifecycle management, automation, and compliance with internal standards.
* Drive infrastructure projects, budgeting, and capacity planning within your domain.

Your profile

* At least 5 years of experience with Windows Server platforms, Active Directory, virtualization (VMWare), and PowerShell. Knowledge of Azure and SQL is a plus.
* Proven leadership and communication skills with experience in team coordination.
* Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience.
* Customer-oriented, analytical, and fluent in English with good command of Dutch
