Your profile as Support Engineer

For this international renowned company you will join the IT services team. Joining this team means that you will be trained to be be the IT expert of this company in the future.

Job

* You act as the SPOC for all related issues towards hardware and software
* You take ownership of the incoming incidents (phone, mails, tickets, ...)
* You use an ITIL-based registration software and remote control tools on a daily basis and follow-up and update customer status and information
* Identify and suggest improvements on procedures and document these in user friendly guidelines.
* You collaborate with different teams to gather functional, behavioural and interface requirements
* You are prepared to travel to resolve issues in various offices throughout Belgium

Profile

* You have a first experience (+1 year) in help desk, services or as a support engineer.
* You have good knowledge of Windows 10, Exchange Server, SharePoint, Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and also have a good understanding of network configuration.
* You provide on site support for meeting rooms and video conferences.
* You are eager to learn, communicative and stress resistant.
* You work both independently and alone, and always manage to set the right priorities.
* You are communicative, customer oriented.
* Languages: English with French or Dutch
