DevOps Engineer - Freelance Opportunity
Location: South Holland (hybrid)
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months (extension possible)
Workload: 36-40 hours per week
The Opportunity
For one of our trusted clients, we're looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to help strengthen and optimize a recently migrated Azure environment. Are you a senior DevOps professional who enjoys improving cloud infrastructure and driving automation? Then this could be your next freelance project.
Your Role
You'll work on improving the efficiency, scalability, and maintainability of the organization's Azure-based infrastructure. This includes refining CI/CD pipelines, implementing best practices for cloud operations, and helping development teams deliver faster and more reliably.
Your Profile
* A collaborative team player who values quality and simplicity;
* Deep understanding of Azure cloud services and architecture;
* Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes;
* Confident in both Linux and Windows environments;
* Skilled in infrastructure automation and DevOps tooling (e.g. Terraform, Bicep, GitLab CI/CD, etc.);
* Able to advise teams and lead by example in DevOps practices.
