Senior Crypto Security Specialist - 2nd Line of DefenseFor a valued Tergos client, we are looking for a Senior Crypto Security Specialist to help build a new 2nd Line of Defense Crypto Team within a large and complex enterprise environment. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping crypto governance, defining strategy, and raising the organization's crypto maturity.Your responsibilities

• Advise on C-level security and crypto strategy
• Develop policies, standards, guidelines, and memos
• Strengthen enterprise cryptography maturity and governance
• Lead risk assessments and influence architectural decisions
• Work less hands-on, with a focus on conceptual, advisory, and governance tasks
• Select and define your own tooling and frameworks
• Work in an agile, iterative environment with continuous delivery
• Coach mediors and juniors as the team growsYour profile
• Strong knowledge of cryptography, PKI, KMS, HSM, key lifecycle management
• Experience in security governance, risk management, or security architecture
• Ability to translate strategy and policy into actionable direction
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Enterprise mindset with the ability to coach and guide others
